Editorial Policies
International Symposium on Characterization (ISC) follows the steps below in the procedings book publishing process. In the first stage, the papers sent to the conferences organized by ISC are subject to editorial oversight. In the second stage, the papers that pass the first step are reviewed by at least two international field experts in the conference committee in terms of suitability for the content and subject area. In the third stage, it is reviewed by at least one member of the organizing committee for the suitability of references. In the fourth step, the language editor reviews the language for clarity.
When authors submit a manuscript to be considered for publication in the proceedings book of ISC, its content must not significantly overlap with any other papers from you or your co-authors’ groups that are under consideration or in press at other journals, with the exception of symposium abstracts.
