The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
PAPERS SUBMITTING PROCESS
- Papers will be uploaded to the Microsoft CMT paper submission system.
- You can upload your “Paper Submission” papers to the system using this link.
- The information requested from the authors must be filled in completely.
- All authors whose names appear in the paper must be registered to the Microsoft CMT system.
- If the authors are not registered to the system, they can register during the paper submission process.
- Papers will be evaluated by referee through a “blind refereeing” process.
- Accepted papers should be sent by e-mail to isc25.submission@gmail.com using the “Abstracts book after acceptance” template and specifying “acceptance_firstauthorsurname_papernumber”.
You can participate in the symposium in different ways.
- Face-to-face participation (Oral or poster presentation)
- Online participation (Oral or poster presentation)
- Video participation (Oral or poster presentation)
There is no final submission limit for poster presentations!!!.
The journals and links to which the selected papers can be presented within the scope of the symposium have been agreed upon are listed below.
Publication of papers presented at the International Characterization Symposium (ISC´25)
1. All submissions must be original, unpublished and not sent for publication elsewhere.
2. All papers subject to peer review for publication can be published in the Symposium Proceedings Book (with ISBN number).
3. It can be published in Giresun University Black Sea Science Journal indexed by TRDİZİN after referee evaluation.
4. It can be published in Journal of Materials and Mechatronics: A (JournalMM) scanned in other indexes after referee evaluation.
5. It can be published in Journal of Characterization scanned in other indexes after referee evaluation.
